• Due Jan 28 – Yonsook to revise Orlando SPG meeting notes to expand acronyms and designate who is REASON awardee
• Due Jan 23 – Ron Kwok to send written comments of survey writeup to spg email list
• Due Jan 28 – Glenn Cunningham to send survey writeup comments to spg email list
• Due Feb 4– Ming to revise survey writeup and send final version to spg email list
• Due Feb 4 – Rich to resolve how the results of Short Term Standards study team be put on the SPG website. Jingli Yang will help Rich.
• Due Feb 4 – Rich and Yonsook to contact SPG members who didn’t attend telecon and ask them which TWG they would like to be on

Decisions :

• Survey to be rewritten. Need more examples and broader range of examples that will be meaningful to the ESE community members and PI types.
• Examples of standards used by ESE data systems or ESE communities will be put on the SPG website. Rich will explore how.
• RFC Editor for RFC 001 – 003 will be Ananth Rao.
